Payment provider
The fiat rail Atom mints and redeems through — currently Flash Payments (the generic rail driver). Atom’s master float, read live from the rail.
Float only — the operational panel is read-only. This shows Atom’s own master balances on the rail. Other rail data surfaces elsewhere: a customer’s deposit account under Customers, and the rail event log under Payments. Webhook-delivery health is not shown yet — inbound webhook delivery is blocked on #645. The float read is wired by the rail credentials being present on this instance; when they are absent the panel below says so rather than showing a fabricated figure.
